Why This Exists
RELETIX AI was created for builders.
Not for trend followers. Not for AI news recycling. Not for polished demo threads.
This circle exists for founders and operators who are shipping real AI systems and dealing with real production constraints.
Latency. Cost. Failure modes. Security. Architecture tradeoffs. Scaling issues.
The goal is simple:
Raise the level of how production AI is designed and implemented.
If we do this well, RELETIX AI becomes a serious technical reference — not a content brand.
1. Who This Is For
This group is intentionally small.
Members are founders, technical leads, engineers building AI inside products, and people responsible for real systems.
This is not a spectator community. You don't need to post every week — but you're expected to contribute.
Signal over volume.
2. What We Talk About
All content must fall into one of two areas.
A. AI for Builders — Execution Workflows
This is about using AI to improve how we build.
→ How you actually use Cursor or Claude in daily development → Prompt patterns that improved velocity → Debugging workflows with LLMs → Refactoring with AI assistance → Token usage optimization → Automations that replaced manual engineering tasks
Every contribution should answer: What changed in your workflow after this?
No generic "10 tools" posts. No surface-level experimentation.
Real examples. Real outcomes.
B. AI Inside the Product — Architecture & Systems
This is where depth matters most.
→ MCP implementations → A2A system design → LangChain or LangGraph tradeoffs → RAG failures and how you fixed them → Retrieval design decisions → Multi-model routing strategies → Tool orchestration patterns → Guardrails and evaluation pipelines → Cost vs. performance tradeoffs
This category is about what breaks — and how you design around it.
We value honest lessons more than perfect architecture diagrams.
3. How We Work
Topic Ownership
Topics are proposed in the project space. Each topic has one clear owner.
If you take a topic, you are accountable for delivering it.
Deadlines are agreed upfront. We move in cycles — no endless drafts.
Internal Presentation
Optional but encouraged.
Before publication, the topic owner can present the work to the founders circle. Typical format: a 15–30 minute walkthrough covering the problem, the implementation, the tradeoffs, what failed, and what worked. Followed by open discussion.
The purpose is not approval theatre. It's to pressure-test the thinking.
For architectural topics, this step is strongly recommended.
Review & Go Decision
After discussion, the group gives one of three outcomes:
Approved — Ready to publish Revise — Clear feedback, improve and resubmit Hold — Not deep enough or not aligned
Nothing is published without alignment. This protects the reputation of the circle.
Publishing Model
Approved topics are structured into a proper article, published on our self-hosted Ghost instance, and distributed on LinkedIn and relevant platforms.
Each article should include:
- The problem
- Context
- Implementation details
- Tradeoffs and limits
- Lessons learned
- Reproducible takeaways
We publish substance, not opinions.
Public Sessions
Optional — requires group agreement.
Some topics may be extended into public technical walkthroughs, open discussions, or workshops.
Visibility is intentional — not automatic.
4. Community Standards
High Signal Only
No AI news reposts. No hype threads. No recycled Twitter content.
If it doesn't teach something practical, it doesn't belong here.
No Promotion Without Insight
You can reference your product. But it must teach something useful, it must be technical, and it must not read like marketing.
This is not a funnel. It's a builders circle.
Confidentiality
Do not share sensitive company data, internal screenshots, or private discussions from this group. Anonymize where necessary.
Trust matters more than content.
Respectful Disagreement
We will challenge ideas. Strong opinions are welcome. Ego battles are not.
Critique the system design — not the person.
5. The Standard We Hold
RELETIX AI is meant to stay:
Small. Curated. Serious.
Growth is not the objective. Depth is.
If quality drops, we recalibrate. If engagement drops, we tighten the circle.
Reputation compounds slowly — and collapses quickly.
We protect it.
6. The Long-Term Vision
If executed well, RELETIX AI becomes:
→ A trusted reference for production AI discussions → A network of operators who actually build → A place where technical depth is normal
Not viral. Valuable.
The ambition is not noise.
It's credibility.
RELETIX AI — Depth over volume. Builders over followers.
